Brightness / Backlight

• Brightness reports current level of BACKLIGHT (display backlight)
• User can configure desired level
• For advanced use cases user can define a schedule which changes brightness level throughout the day

In signageOS we use Brightness instead of Backlight naming conventions. It's a legacy terminology we keep to avoid braking changes for existing deployments.
