[Tizen] Gapless/Seamless video playback limitation

There are several restrictions in order to play gapless videos on Tizen (without black gap between first and second video):

  • videos FPS should be the same
  • variable FPS is not supported
  • max FPS is ≤30
  • videos have the same resolution

These are Tizen-specific limitation.
